On December 13, 2025, We will deploy an infrastructure release (EKS Version upgrade) from 03:00 to 09:00 UTC.
Cloud providers regularly release infrastructure updates that must be implemented and released by us. These updates may lead to brief disruptions; however, you can often mitigate these interruptions by incorporating fault tolerance into the product assets you develop. Because of the shared nature of the infrastructure, it is not possible to provide specific disruption times for individual customers.

Next Steps for Customers Not on the Recommended Versions: If you're not currently on the suggested fix versions, please follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity: 1.Disable and re-enable the connection to re-establish connectivity. 2.If the issue persists, restart your on-premises Integration Server. 3.For continued issues, please open a support case with IBM.
