On December 13, 2025, We will deploy an infrastructure release (EKS Version upgrade) from 03:00 to 09:00 UTC.


Cloud providers regularly release infrastructure updates that must be implemented and released by us.
These updates may lead to brief disruptions; however, you can often mitigate these interruptions by incorporating fault tolerance into the product assets you develop. Because of the shared nature of the infrastructure, it is not possible to provide specific disruption times for individual customers.

To prevent regression defects and address hybrid connectivity issues between your on-premises environment and Cloud Universal Messaging (UM), please install the latest fixes as outlined below:
-> For Integration Server 10.15: Install Universal Messaging Common Libraries 10.15 Fix 28
-> For Integration Server 11.1: Install NUMCommonLibraries 11.1 Fix 3

Next Steps for Customers Not on the Recommended Versions:
If you're not currently on the suggested fix versions, please follow these steps to restore hybrid connectivity:
1.Disable and re-enable the connection to re-establish connectivity.
2.If the issue persists, restart your on-premises Integration Server.
3.For continued issues, please open a support case with IBM.
